"Good stock most of the time"
I’ve ordered from Housing Units a couple of times now, and overall I’ve been really happy with the experience. The stock information has mostly been accurate, which I really appreciate, and I’ve managed to find a few items there that I couldn’t get elsewhere.
The only reason I’d give 4 stars instead of 5 is that one item showed as in stock but ended up taking a little longer than expected. That said, customer service kept me updated, so I was grateful for that and it wasn’t a big issue in the end.

"Pretty easy to find what I needed"
I was able to get around the website without much trouble. I found what I was looking for quickly, which was nice. A couple of pages took a little longer to load than I expected, but it wasn’t bad enough to bother me too much. Overall, it was a simple and smooth experience.

The staff were super friendly and, yeah... they just made the whole thing easy. I had a couple things to sort out and they helped me get everything handled quickly, which I really appreciated.

I ordered from housingunits.co.uk and overall it was a really smooth experience. The communication was good, with emails confirming my order and letting me know when it was being processed. The delivery info could have been a little clearer at one point, but when I got in touch they replied and helped out. No major issues at all, and I’d be happy to use them again

"Customer service that actually helped"
I had a small issue with my order, so I gave customer service a call, they sorted it much quicker than I expected. As someone who really hates having to chase things up, I appreciated that the lady I spoke to was friendly and didn’t make me feel like I was being a nuisance. They sent the updates when they said they would, and everything arrived fine in the end. I’d definitely be happy to order from Housing Units again.

"Return was thankfully painless"
I had to send back a light fitting because it just didn’t look right in the room. i was already bracing myself for the usual back-and-forth you get with returns, but this was straightforward. The staff got back to me quickly enough, the return was easy to sort, and the refund landed sooner than I thought it would. Nice to not have it turn into another customer service chore. I’d order from them again.

"Pretty good for home bits"
I ended up looking here when I needed a few things for the house, and it was actually a good shout. They had furniture, lighting, and random little decor bits all in one place, which made it easier. I did spend longer browsing than planned, but there was a lot to choose from.

I messaged Housing Units and they replied quickly, explained clearly what would happen, and confirmed the refund details. A few days later the money was back in my account, just as they said it would be.
No awkward back and forth, no chasing, and no confusion over emails or paperwork. It was all handled properly, which I really appreciated. I’d happily use them again.

"A bit skeptical at first, but really pleased"
Had our unit fitted last week and, i’m really happy with it. I was a bit suspicious at first because you never quite know if people will turn up on time or leave a mess, but the installers were bang on schedule, kept everything tidy, and explained a couple of things before they left. No fuss at all, they just got on with the job. I’d use Housing Units again.
